2010 New Berlin Art Forum Scholarship Application (PDF)

This scholarship is open to all graduating seniors who reside in the Unadilla Valley School District. Applicants must be continuing their education in the Arts (Performing, Culinary, Visual or Musical). The scholarship will be a $500.00 one-time award, payable directly to the institution of higher learning during the first semester of the student’s second academic year. The deadline for submitting an application is April 1, 2010.
